1.  If you smoke, quit.

 

2. To know yourself, your health status at the present especially after the age of thirty, both physical and mental aspects. These evaluations should include complete physical examination, laboratory studies by protocol and radiological workup including heart scan and total body scan.

 

3. Eliminate all stress if possible.

 

4. Sleep well around 7 to 8 hours per day.

 

5. Eat the right food, the right amount just enough to survive.

 

6. Drink mineral water 8 oz. glasses per day through out the day.

 

7. Stay in the sun at least 15 to 30 minutes around midday every day if possible.

 

8. Live simple life possible.

 

9, Keep yourself active both body and the mind.

 

10. Be preparing to die but never give up to live. Because the accident happen and only certain thing in life is death.

 

11. Get rid of the extra fat weight that you don't need.

 

12. Know your ideal weight usually is the weight that you have between the age of twenty to thirty or the BMI at 22 and body fat content around 20 percent.

 

13. Measure the circumferences of the abdomen and the hip at the largest part and calculate the abdominal and hip ratio or A/H ratio ideally should be around 0.85 or less.

 

14. Know your genes or family history.

 

15. Evaluate your daily routine including dietary habit and sleep habit. There is such a good habit and a bad habit and bad routine. If you realize it change it.

 

16, Know the good health indicators such as

-Blood pressure should be around 120/80 or below.

-Resting heart rate should be below 70.

-Fasting blood sugar ideally should be between 90 mg to 60 mg percent.

-Low density cholesterol (LDL) should be below 100 mg. per ml.

-High density cholesterol (HDL) should be above 60 mg. per ml.

-Triglyceride should be below 100 mg. per ml.

-Fasting blood insulin level ideally should be below 5.

-High sensitive C reactive protein should below 1.

-Vitamin D blood level ideally should be close to 50.

-Keep saliva PH above 7.

 

17. Be active both physical and mental.

 

18. Listen to your body. Never ignore. If something is seriously wrong. Thing will not getting better.

 

19. Preserve your sex life if possible.

 

20.   Empty you mind by mindfulness meditation. Everything you do is a meditation.

    So, there is no such thing as a job any longer. You will enjoy every thing you do.

 

21. Do what ever that make you happy but make sure you are not killing yourself a long the way. Remember live without good health and happiness is not worth living at all.
